Loveme Hugme offers free shipping on orders above $149 to the contiguous 48 states in United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Mexico
We need to charge $15 under $149.
All in-stock items are shipped with UPS From China Directly (7-20 days).
Kindly note that Pre-order items may need 25 days for processing and one week for shipping.
Taxes and duties
PA: Clothes and shoes are tax-free. Other orders will charge 8% tax for PA shipping address.
Other States: Duty Free
Some orders to the US will ship internationally. Orders to the USA that involve international shipments are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are included in the final price. Hence, your order will not be subject to any additional charges.
Returns and exchanges
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items can not be returned.
Sale items can be returned for store credit but are not eligible for refunds, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. Items purchased with store credit can be returned for store credit only, including full-priced items.

Loveme Hugme has a 14-days return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped/post within 14 days when the product received. Kindly note that any initial shipping costs will not be refunded. We will provide free return in United States and China.
Some brands do not accept return. Once you upload the request, our customer service will contact with you.
To return or exchange items, you must request a return authorization by clicking here.
When we receive your request, the customer service will send you a paid shipping label.
After receiving the paid shipping label, place the item(s) in the box with receipt.
Place the paid return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information and drop the package off at a USPS location.
